Léana 江 06f76e0a37 nix: reduce nix-direnv whitelist surface area 
nix-direnv puts stuff to the gcroots to make devShells ultra fast, this
is storage hungry, so I'm turning this off for playground projects which
should be allowed on a per-project basis
